Adding New Users


Once you sign up for Mediasilo you will want to create additional user accounts to allow people in to share assets and collaborate.

Click “+” for drop down menu, select Add User.  You will need to include a;

  • Username
  • Password
  • Users First Name
  • Users Last Name
  • Users Email
  • Users Role


There are three tabs to assist in setting your preferences for managing a user.

Workspace - You can select which workspaces this user will have access to.  You can select as many as needed.
Notifications - Select what kind of email notifications the user will recieve, if any.
Permissions - You can customize the users “role” by setting the permissions manually.

Only the accounts Administrator can make changes to a users permissions and workspaces or provide the user with their username and password.

You can notify the user of their new Mediasilo Account and include a personalized message by including it in the box provided.

Click Save when finished.
